Lead Investors Seeking Opportunities

'Mentor capital' is central to the strategy of the Fund. Each investment will be made alongside Business Angels including a 'lead' Business Angel. The Fund is seeking investors with relevant industry experience to join the boards of investee companies on a non-executive basis. Pre-investment "lead" investors assist with due diligence and post investment represent the interests of the Fund through the role of "investor director".

Lead investors will be required to invest in the round, on the same terms as the fund, typically investing in excess of £50,000.

Seraphim has access to a large number of business angels and potential lead investors through their member networks. However, the Fund is always seeking new potential lead investors.
