These are typically CEOs, Chairmen, non-exec directors and successful entrepreneurs who are re-cycling returns from their own enterprises.

Seraphim's investors contribute at all stages of the investment process: from providing input in the due diligence, through to assisting in post-investment growth, either as board members or through offering introductions and advice. They are seeking to leverage their own contacts and experience to make a superior return through the Fund.
